Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系碩博士班 === 94 === An-ping is the very first development in Tainan, and as the changing of the empowered government, the neighborhood space and the social relationship development are changing as well. In recent years, because government paid a lot attention on the promotion of “the double tourist plan” and the travel atmosphere is getting popular owing to the policy of two days break a week, the number of tourists is increasing sharply.
Because the settlement space is not only the historic preserving area but also the living area of local resident, a large number of tourists who crowed into An-ping historic settlement would affect the original neighborhood relationship and space utilization among the resident. This study would like to analyze the effect on community consciousness, external space, and social relationship after the tourist crowed into the neighborhood living area of resident.
This study focus on the resident of An-ping district of historic settlement and through observing and analyzing the resident behavior in different time draws a graph of resident activities in order to understand the interaction of resident behavior and space utilization. After analyzing the investigation of community consciousness scale, we can understand the composition construction of community consciousness and the difference between the different personal background attribute. We can know the influence of development on local resident.
This investigation analysis results in six factors which are variables of community construction and this six factors are “community identification”, “neighborhood concerned”, “community interaction”, “affairs involved” and “emotion connected.” The greatest contribution for community consciousness is “community identification” and the “emotion connected” is a relative smaller factor. The resident territory cognition is showing that the resident living area is shrinking back from public space to private area. We can approve the construction and development in An-ping make the resident place identification increase, but the living space overlaps the visiting path influence the resident interaction. Obviously the tourism development influences the community consciousness and external space utilization.
