Suffered from sleeplessness for a long time, it may cause disorder of autonomic nervous system and harm body health. The thesis focuses on measuring and analyzing the individual HRV and Ryodoraku of normal-living and sleepless people. The PC-based
experimental system in this thesis measures the related physiological parameters with the corresponding modules and transfers the signals in to PC. By processing these data acquired with LabVIEW program, we can find the physiological variations of each person under test. We also
evaluate the recovery condition from fatigue after the exposure of far infrared rays. To verify the experimental results, we use the sleep form filled out by each person under test after the experiment.
