So the Department of Industrial Technology of Ministry of Economic Affair in 2001 started to facilitate the e-Cash—C plan, which linked the e-Cash with the e-Supply Chain to strengthen effectiveness of the industry chain. The goal of C plan is to build up a cross-bank, cross-industrial and cross-national financial transaction platform, providing a safe, reliable and convenient financial service. As the banking is facing the change of customer’s transacting style, the concern of credit risk, and the diversified trends of financial product, the e-financing has become an important business for the banking. C plan successfully integrate the resources within banks, level-one companies, and suppliers. For firms, C plan can assist them to get financing fast, and reduce the operation time by e-Cash. For banks, C plan can simply the process of financing, reduce the operation cost, and increase the business revenue. Since C plan had completed in December 2004, this study is going to investigate the performance of executing the e-Cash in supply chain for banks. This study was conducted in the way of Case Study, and chose the Hua-Nan Commercial Bank, which won the “e-Asia Award” as the Case company. Firstly, this study investigates the operational process of e-Cash, and then determined the quantity and non-quantity indexes by Dephi Method, and assess the performance according to the indexes. Finally, the results of this study are expected to provide important references to practitioners and academicians for their practical application and further theoretical validation.
