Digital health care will be an on-going worthy industry due to progressively aged society and limited payment of social insurance. Our study aims to this new field and proposes a workable business model according to literature reviews and present medical behaviors. Our model included six pillars of regulations, social insurance, customer interface, infrastructure management, value net and financial aspect. The customer interface has two blocks of target customer and distribution channel, the infrastructure management has value configuration and capacity, the value net has competitor and partnership and the financial aspect has cost structure and revenue model. We use this model with six pillars and ten blocks to run the digital health care. Our conclusions are the medical behaviors should not be against the rules and suggest further legislation. Optimanization option is for social insurance coverage. Target customers are defined the local patients of hospitals and distribution channels are the connection between patients and business center. The value configuration and capacity of infrastructure management are dependent on the activity types of health care. Value net is to increased partnerships and decreased competitors. Financial aspect does not make money definitely, but revenue balance should achieve by economic scale. We expect this model to run the new industry well and make government and people win-win.
