The amount of physical activities has being a risk factor for the diseases progression in CKD. The physical capacity of patients with CKD was decreased gradually with CKD progression. Physical capacity can be enhanced by the advanced physical activities. Because of the apparent deficiency renferences in physical activities and physical capacity for patients with CKD in the early stages in Taiwan, researchers emphasize that exercise and activities have benefits for this population in renal protection education program. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of physical activity, physical capacity and renal function among patients with chronic kidney disease in early stages. The design of this study was a retrospective research, sample was selected purposely. Variables were measured by structured questionnaire and physical capacity instrument in sixty patients with CKD in early stages. Data were analyzed by multiple regression. In regression model for Serum creatinine, physical activity, BMI, balance, flexity, muscle mass, blood pressure delivery 41.2 % explanatory power. In the presence of all, muscle mass has significant in statistics. In regression model for glomeruler filtration rate, balance, flexity, muscle, heart rate delivery 14.6 % explanatory power. In the presence of all, flexity has significant in statistics. The findings of this study provided empirical support to the claim that physical capacity affects the care neceaasry for patients with CKD in early stages.
