Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 比較教育學系 === 94 === The purpose of this thesis is to compare the development of music education at the stage of elementary school between Taiwan and China, and to propose suggestions to the music education in Taiwan. This research adopts so-called document analysis, often used in the comparative education, and then makes the comparative research. The relative literature about music education of Taiwan and China are put on chapter two, chapter three and chapter four in sequence. The discussion and analysis of comparative results are put on chapter five, and the suggestions obtained from the comparative results are put on chapter six. The conclusions are as follows: (1) For the design and arrangement of curriculum, we suggest using topical mode to learn the sense of vision, performance, music and other learning territory. Every school should set up a research team for the learning of art and humanities, to arrange and evaluate an effective plan. (2) For the part of textbooks, we suggest that the textbooks of Arts and Humanities can add the records of Arts learningc and multi-media teaching materials in them, such as the process of creation, self-examination, the collection of information, animative CD-ROM, information of websites and so on, so each student could record his growth of art learning and understand the sequence of ideas of Arts education. (3) For the part of schools, we suggest that all schools place importance on art education, and faculty of the school, such as the principal, teachers and administrators are supposed to cooperate with others as to provide the best teaching resources for art education. (4) For the part of teachers, we suggest the cultivation of more professional and qualified art educational teachers, and respect the teacher’s teaching style and specialty in the field of art. (5) For future studies, we suggest to make a further comparison of literature with another country, even going to a specific school in that country, to process a deliberate discussion and provide some inspiration to the music curriculum of elementary school for our country.
