Therefore, human resource management becomes a key issue for tour agencies to seek the business growth and to enhance the competitive position. Although several academics and practitioners have thus asserted the relationship between the tour guide’s job satisfactions、management of salary and efficacy, there is relatively little empirical evidence for the area of tourism. It is therefore, we constructed the job satisfaction frame work to this research, and establish the model by integrating Management of salary, job satisfaction and efficacy. After developing the model, we conduct a case study by viewing some tour guides. The empirical study proceeds with practitioner’s interview, questionnaire survey, and the related statistical analysis. Then applying regression as the analysis implement to verify by integrating job satisfaction、management of salary and efficacy. The conclusion of this research are summarized as following: 1. The key factors significantly affecting job satisfactions are caring and education for tour guide. 2. The key factors significantly affecting management of salary are requirement of certification and payment attained by efficacy. 3. There is significant difference between gender, age, marital status, education, experience, and level of income on job satisfaction、management of salary and efficacy. 4.The finding also indicated that there is a positive correlation between management of salary, job satisfaction and efficacy. 5.
