Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 94 === To cope with the severe competition between supply chains, the domestic IT industry not only employs enterprise resource planning to integrate internal business processes, but also introduces inter-organizational system (IOS) to tightly linked to various partners including vendors, suppliers and clients to improve coordination and efficiency of inter-organizational business processes. While prior studies of the IOS in SCM have examined the benefits of network leaders from these systems, little attention has been paid to the performance of the supply chain as a whole. To measure the performance of a supply chain, Struab et al. (2004) proposed a nomology of networked organizational performance (NetOP) based on six theories. They successfully established that degree symmetric information sharing and degree symmetric interdependence positively affected the performance of the dyadic supply network. This study adopts the research model and data analysis of Straub et al., regards domestic IT industry as the target, examines the relationship between the degree symmetric information sharing and interdependence and NetOP. The results show that degree symmetric information sharing and interdependence not only positively affect the performance of the dyadic supply network, the interaction between the two antecedents reveals that high degree symmetric information sharing always leads to higher performance than low degree symmetric information sharing, and the difference is more significant when the degree symmetric interdependence is low..
