I mainly adopt the law of historical research and content analytic approach in this thesis; This thesis discovers, after the foundation of the state, the district between the leaders of party army role on the senior level of the Communist Party of China separated not yet clear in 1949 in the Communist Party of China, this is because of their still high individual of authority.
