This study adopted a questionnaire survey method by using the “questionnaire on the work attitude and work satisfaction of alternative military servicemen at the Administrative Enforcement Agency, MOJ drafted by the writer and revised by experts. The poll method was employed to conduct this survey. Of the total of 635 questionnaires sent, 618 were returned, of which 550 were effective, an effective questionnaire return rate of 86.61%. An analysis has led to the following conclusions: 1. The AMS’s work attitude tends to be positive and active, and their work satisfaction is high. 2. Of the AMS’s background variables, service seniority, education, rank, and number of personnel at an institution show a significant difference in work attitude, whereas institutional position, post, and work experience (with/without) do not. 3. Of the AMS’s background variables, service seniority, institutional position and number of personnel of an institution show a significant difference in work satisfaction, but education, rank, post and work experience do not. 4. The AMS’s work attitude and work satisfaction show a positive correlation. 楊明恭 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
