Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among vocational curriculum teachers’ attitude toward organization transformation, job satisfaction and commitment to organization. All fifteen comprehensive high school in central Taiwan, including the public schools in Miaoli、Taichung、Nantou、Changhua、Yunlinare included as the target schools. Data are collected through a questionnaire survey. Total of 224 vocational curriculum teachers are surveyed yielding a valid response rate of 83.3%. The research instrument is“The questionnaire of the Relationships among Vocational Curriculum Teachers’ Attitude toward Organization Transformation, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to Organization”. Statistical techniques used in the study include descriptive statistics, one-way multivariate analysis of variance, Scheffe posteriori comparisons, and multiple regressions. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. There are significant differences in the teachers’attitude toward organization transformation in terms of the school circumstance. 2. There are significant differences in the teachers’attitude toward organization transformation in terms of the teachers’background. 3. There are significant differences in the teachers’commitment to organization in terms of the supportive attitude toward organization transformation. 4. There are no significant differences in the teachers’commitment to organization in terms of the anxious attitude toward organization transformation. 5. There are significant differences in the teachers’commitment to organization in terms of the attitude toward organization transformation. 6. There are significant differences in the teachers’ satisfaction to job in terms of the supportive attitude toward organization transformation. 7. There are no significant differences in the teachers’ satisfaction to job in terms of the anxious attitude toward organization transformation. 8. There are significant differences in the teachers’ satisfaction to job in terms of the attitude toward organization transformation. 9. There are significant relationships between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. 10. Job satisfaction can effectively predict organizational commitment. Based on the above findings, the study has made several suggestions to vocational curriculum teachers and high schools in order to enhance teachers’ attitude toward organizational transformation , their commitment and job satisfaction.
