And expect to progress a set of art teaching curriculum heaving reference and feasibility, Inducing the student could inquire into the informs message of the image and understand that may be concerned with the cultural subject, and could learn to utilize the experience about art and obtain a multitudinous cultural learning properly in the art curriculum of the school. The purpose of this research includes: First, to explore the visual art teaching theories of utilizing animation film; Second, to develop the teaching design of the visual art utilizing the animation film for fourth graders; Third, to examine the effect of the visual art teaching design utilizing animation film; fourth, to provide the suggestion concerning the teaching practice and related research. The conclusion of the research include: First, the theories about visual art teaching utilizing animation film could be properly applied and such application might fuel a new life into the visual art teaching ; Second, the teaching design is suitable for the learning in the field of arts and humanity, provides the student with the learning concerning living, and extends student's new visual experiences ; Third , the effect of the combination of sound and light by animation film could cause student's learning interest, experience the aesthetic qualities of visual art form, and increase student's sensitivity and socio-cultural concerns.
