| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 體育與健康休閒研究所 === 94 === Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area has acquired the most financial inputs from both the private investors and the government in terms of BOT projects. It shows that the government has been giving special weights to this case. Hence, the purpose of this study is to investigate the key success factors to BOT operation stage in Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area, which was carried on with the modified Delphi technique. Data was collected by two-round questionnaires distributed to 11 experts and scholars, and then was analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result shows that the success covers a range of factors which fit into 8 categories: developing potentials in Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area, enhancing communications, utilizing regional resources, supplying public facilities and services, insuring BOT operators’ good financial stability, increasing visitors’ satisfactions, implementing successful marketing plans, and striving for the government’s supports.
