碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 體育與健康休閒研究所 === 94 === The purpose of study was to explore the relationships between the self-determination theory and leisure-sports stages, and to understand the leisure-sports situations of the female teachers for the elementary school in Yunlin County. The participants were the 701 female teachers of the public elementary school in Yunlin County. The research instrument was the investigated questionnaires of the female teachers' behavior in the leisure-sports and implements the stratified random sampling for the investigated questionnaires. These findings suggest that： 1. The situations of the differed leisure-sports stages for subjects：Preparation＞Contemplation＞Maintenance＞Action＞Precontemplation. 2. The key-items of the leisure-sports for female teachers in the public elementary school were walking, climbing mountain, yoga, riding bicycle and vigorous dancing. The styles of key-participation were playing the outside. 3. There were two results in the differences of self-determination and the variables of different background. The first had no significant differences in ages, serviced period and marital status, the second had significant differences in the number of children, the last child age, the occupational status, self-awareness health and participated the styles of leisure-sports. 4. There were significant differences between the leisure-sports stages and the background variables in the Chi-square test. 5. There were significant differences between the leisure-sports stages and the self-determination variables.
