The subjects included 187 DGAs in Yumlin , Chiayi and Tainan county. We conduct the statistical data analysis by using SPSS for Windows.The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The perception of the stress and coping strategies frequently of the DGAs is above average. 2. The relations between different background and job stress: (a) In “job stress”, the female DGAs have higher sensitivity than male DGAs. (b) In “job stress”, the DGAs with 11-20 years experiences have higher sensitivity than the DGAs with over 20 years experiences. (c) In “job stress”, the DGAs with less experiences has higher sensitivity. (d) In “work burden stress”, the DGAs of large scale of schools have higher sensitivity. (e) In “role stress”, the DGAs with purchasing certificate have higher sensitivity. 3. Analyzing the stress of coping strategy of the DGAs with different background. (a) There are significant differences about ways of coping DGAs in sex, different scale of schools, purchasing certificate, the coping strategies are used more frequently. The DGAs of different experiences , there are no significant differences about the ways of coping strategies on serving years (b) In “ the need of support coping strategy”, the females DGAs was used more frequently than the male DGAs . (c) In “escaping coping strategy” the DGAs of 13-24 classes coping strategies are higher than the DGAs of under 12 classes. (d) In “comfront the problems coping strategy” the DGAs without purchasing certificate was used more frequently than the DGAs with purchasing certificate . 4. In “escaping coping strategy”, the groups with higher sensitivity about “job stress” get higher point than the groups with lower sensitivity. 5.
