Retrieve the questionnaire and carry on analysis with SPSS\PC 10.0 suit software, is it narrate statistics, t test, single factor and pairs of factor is it is it analyse to count to make a variation, Xue fee law,etc. statistical method test relevant research suppose to adopt. Whether main result of study summary as follows research this now. 1.It is the middle and upper degree that the whole work of the form master of national primary school is satisfied, among them it is the highest with interpersonal relationships satisfaction; And the lowest with the satisfaction of the welfare of the remuneration. 2.Satisfactory difference situation that the form master of national primary school not changing one with the personal background works. (1) The work of the male form master is satisfied on the working environment, remuneration welfare aspect, higher than a women form master apparently. (2) The work of the unmarried form master is satisfied on the working environment, remuneration welfare aspect, higher than the married form master of primary school apparently. (3) The form masters of primary school of the academic credentials of teachers training school work and deal in the aspect satisfiedly in the class, higher than the form master of national primary school who the normal colleges and schools graduated. (4) Take on form master more than form master their work satisfied to higher than take on one year such as age and service seniority such as form master and form master of primary school for 11-20 year one year such as age and service seniority. (5) In taking on the groups of 11-20 years of form master's age and service seniority, the work of the male form master is higher than a women form master satisfiedly. (6) Take on the women form master of primary school of more than 21 years of form master's age and service seniority, higher than taking on under 5 years, women form master of primary school of 6-10 years and 11-20 year of form master's age and service seniority apparently in working wholly satisfiedly. 3. become with school background national primary school form master of item work the satisfied difference situation.
