Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 國民教育研究所 === 94 === The main purpose of the study was to investigate the difference and relationship between knowledge management perception and school effectiveness perception via analyzing the background of the teachers of junior high schools in Kaohsiung city and Kaohsiung county. The questionnaire was used in the study and the population was the public teachers of junior high schools in Kaohsiung city and Kaohsiung county. The data from 228 teachers as valid samples were collected via the questionnaires knowledge management perception and school effectiveness perception of Junior High Schools. The data is used by the statistical methods such as t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. The results shown below are: 1.The present situations of knowledge management perception and school effectiveness perception of junior high schools in Kaohsiung city and Kaohsiung county are as fine as middle-high degree. 2.The age, academic background, seniority, position, school area and school scale of teachers in the junior high school caused the difference in knowledge management perception, but the gender of teacher is not important factors. 3.The age, academic background, seniority, position,school scale caused the difference in school effectiveness perception, but the gender and school area are not important factors. 4. The higher degree of the knowledge management perception to junior high school teachers is, the higher support of the school effectiveness perception is.
