| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 家庭教育研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to explore the people who are Taiwan businessmen in China, and their adaptation process of separation family. The study is to realize more about separation family women, and their living experiences of marriages meanings hide behind their background. A qualitative research method with semi-structured interviewing is used to collect data.
Results are as follows”
1. For the mates are Taian businessmen in China, most of them face the situation of separation family living with economy and security as estimates. They have an accommodation period, a well-known period, and enjoy the fun that their husbands are at tome and they can have their own free time.
2.The relationships of their marriages are under the conditions that they have fewer family reunions and separate frequently, leading to hard to connect their feelings with their mates, having many relatives’ and friends’ over-concerns, so they have to face the administrations of emotion and pressures, and the importance of operation skills.
3.When the separation couples face the conflict and the adjustment, valuing the trustfulness each other, communicating frequently, and high quality share enable to raise the marriage qualities that are apart two places.
4.The separation couples develop the interpersonal relationships form their original families and themselves, getting self-growing and set up the resource networks.
The final discussions and recommendations to the women of separation family and family educations.
