Meanwhile, to assume and make assumptions of the effect and the change of different organizational life circle based on the theory. This research is based on the middle and small size manufacturing companies in Taiwan. Point out the impact of outsourcing intensity under different organizational life circles. By using the methods of Cluster Analysis and variance analyais, we can present the result as following: First, companies under different organizational life circle will present different outsourcing intensity. Although the result of general analysis of outsourcing intensity didn’t support the hypothesis, it can still be proved that it has higher outsourcing intensity in research, manufacturing, labor and sales by further analysis. Second, due to the Convenience sample model of the sampling, the presentation of manufacturing seems to be weaker. We can’t receive precisely correct information so as to make profit well and reach the high standard of outsourcing intensity. Moreover, we can’t prove the relationship between organizational life circle, outsourcing intensity and the effect of organizational performance. Third, this research divided the industries into two parts: the traditional industry and the high technology industry by the differences of the industrial characters. As it is proved in the result, the outsourcing intensity is higher in the labor and sales industries than the high technology industry.
