Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 後勤管理研究所 === 95 === Inventory management is difficult to control in the complex supply chain system. It can affect service level and the cost of integrated supply chain system. The objective is to use the (s,S), VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and (s,Q) model in channel coordination concept to probe a corresponding relationship under inventory characteristics to minimize expected cost or the probability of achieving target profit. The main results are as follows. 1.VMI strategy is superior to the traditional stock methods in the supply chain. 2.Managing inventory in multi-echelon supply chain systems with different characteristics, we should adopt inventory optimization.
