By referring to the related questionnaires in environmental education essays in Taiwan and in abroad, requesting advices from many related scholars and experts, and being revised by the director professor, the researcher has designed research tools. The research tools designed for the study, “The questionnaire of environmental behaviors of elementary students of green school league in Taitung County” and “The questionnaire of current situations of green school league in Taitung County,” are with 24 schools of green elementary school league of Taitung County as the subjects. There were 760 questionnaires distributed, and 727 returned. The return rate is 95.7%. The effective questionnaires are 715, and the rate of effective questionnaires is 98.3%. There were 24 questionnaires of current situations of green school league in Taitung County distributed, and 24 returned. The effective questionnaires are 24. According to statistic analyzing which is based on the investigated data, this study has inducted and concluded as below: 1. The main sources of environmental knowledge of elementary students of green school league in Taitung County are “School’s curriculum” and “school’s activity.” The most frequently attended environmental education activities are “visiting the cultural park or attending the tour of the historical museum.” The most urgent problem to solve is the garbage problem. The most frequent behavior to protecting the environment is garbage recycling. 2. The average scores of environmental knowledge of elementary students of green school league in Taitung County is 82.47. There are significant differences on the scores of different grades, ethnic groups, and school locations. There is no significant difference on different genders. 3. The average scores of environmental behaviors of elementary students of green school league in Taitung County is 71.67. There are significant differences on the scores of different genders, ethnic groups, and school locations. There is no significant difference on different grades. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between the elementary students’ environmental knowledge and their environmental behaviors of green school league in Taitung County. 5. The average scores of current situations of green school league in Taitung County is 66.56. The tootal scores of current situations(status) of green school league in Taitung County, and the environmental policy on campus, curriculum activity and the planning of campus space, are not significant correlation to the students’environmental behaviors. There is a significant positive correlation between the practicing in campus lives, and the environmental behaviors of students. 6. There is a significant prediction and effect for variables of environmental knowledge, ethnic groups, and genders towards the environmental behaviors, but the prediction is low(10.2%).
