碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險所 === 94 === Abstract This research is to explore the key systems of special compensation fund in Taiwan’s Compulsory Auto Liability Insurance Law. The systems are studied here to reach an understanding of the different between Taiwan and other developed countries. By One-way ANOVA, discriminant analysis and case study, the data of Taiwan’s automobile traffic accidents are empirically analyzed to investigate the injure factors that influence level of compensation in the special compensation fund. Findings of this research indicate that these systems have more impact on developing, establishing and maintaining the relationship between the special compensation fund for automobile traffic accidents and operation service. The department of special compensation fund most concern that, how to cultivate the relationship with their funds through effective management activities, and hope to establish real protection for victims. Therefore, the government’s office should take public society into consideration in the review of Compulsory Auto Liability Insurance Law.
