This study aims to fill this void. Unlike previous research, this study investigates the causality of implementation success of IS from two different perspectives: organization, i.e. metastructuration actions of management and individual, i.e. cognitive biases of designers. In addition, we also examine the contingent effect of task interdependence. The metastructuration actions contain four constructs: new structures, performance control systems, coordination mechanisms, and changes to performance goals. Two constructs belong to the category of the cognitive biases of IS designers: retrieval biases and analysis biases. We will conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies to test the feasibility of our research framework. The major contribution of this research is to specify the factors that may influence the successful implementation of IS. ShihWei Chou 周斯畏 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW
