碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 營建工程所 === 94 === A construction project correlates tightly with law from the conceptual phase to the operation and maintenance phase. A construction project will be delayed or even ceases if project managers fail to comply with the law or regulations in the whole process. In order to help engineers acquire regulation knowledge effectively and quickly, this study uses residential construction project as an example with case study research and questionnaire survey method. This study investigates regulation issues in the life-cycle of a construction project, including conceptual phase, planning/design phase, and construction phase. And this study discusses the legal knowledge management via processes of knowledge management, including knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, and knowledge extension. This study investigates regulation issues in the life cycle of a construction project and analyzes current and future situation of knowledge management. It is also found that although the importance of regulation issues and knowledge management have been identified, there are few people put into practice.
