Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 94 === Abstract The research aims at the use of measurement systems of reverse engineering to do rapid measure. Generally traditional measure equipment was belonging to 2D measure style. However, The Operator is unable to measure surface error of product directly. By appearance of products with 3D CAD model both to compare and the result will show in the monitor, then Control the Quality by measurement systems of reverse engineering and statistical process control. Finally, adopted the Six Sigma (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) five major stages have been probed into and improved to Laser scanner system. The result of experiment could production efficiency and accuracy, and be used to control the products quality.
