The market competition leads to a variety of behavioral patterns among competitors. According to their customer needs, the retailers must select right suppliers who may fit their business requirements. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between service quality, supply attribution, interpersonal relationship and switching cost in the liquid propane gas industry. The research method is a field survey with self-administrative questionnaire. Out of 579,247 questionnaires were useful. The results of this study showed that (1) service quality have positive impact on switch cost,(2) supply attribution have positive impact on switch cost,(3) interpersonal relationship have not positive impact on switch cost.
