Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 95 === The main idea of the study was to discuss Taiwanese’s vocational worries, and understood what people have felt and responded. The study was explored deeply from viewpoints of sex, salary, job and interpersonal relationship, and selected cluster random sampling to investigate Taiwanese from four areas of northern Taiwan, central Taiwan, southern Taiwan and eastern Taiwan. 2,000 copies of survey were sent, got 1846 questionnaires returned later, and returns-ratio was 92%. According to the research finding, five common factors derived from factor analysis didn’t achieve a true standard of the vocational worries, only had a tendency towards vocational worries. Two of the common factors, “wage adjustment” was the biggest factor of vocational worries’ tendencies, and the other “job function” was the smallest one. Females were more vocational worries’s tendencies than males, and “less chances for job” was the same choice of the highest score in these two common factors, “job function” and “vocational differences between men and women”. Finally, it was concluded that there were vocational worries’ tendencies on dissimilar sex, job, salary and different personalities of interpersonal relationship and had significant difference among them as well.
