Finally, it will present a feasible suggestion. The research was conducted in questionnaire survey and the teachers of public junior high school of 50 of Kaohsiung County, 37 of Kaohsiung City, and 37 of Pingtung County were targeted. The sampling is in stratified random sampling based on the size of school and the self-compiled “Questionnaire on Junior High School Teachers’ View of Life Value, Job Involvement, Teaching Effectiveness” as the tool for the research. There were 855 copies issued and 780 recovered, and valid samples are 773 and valid recovering rate is 90%. The data obtained were worked through descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regressions for analysis and treatment. The conclusion obtained from the research is”: 1. Junior high school teachers have positive response in View of life Value. 2. Junior high school teachers have the highest level of job commitment and the lowest level of life influence in Job Involvement level. 3. Junior High School Teachers do well in the level of class harmonic atmosphere and have room to improve in the level of Strategies of Effective Teaching. 4. The view of life value , job involvement , and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers are different due to personal background variables. (1) Among the variables of the background of junior high school teachers, sex, age, highest education background, and present position have significant difference in part of the levels of view of life value. (2) Among the variables of the background of junior high school teachers, sex, age, martial status, highest education background and seniority, present position, and religion have significant difference in the levels of job involvement. (3) Among the variables of the background of junior high school teachers, sex, age, highest education background, present position, religion and the school’s location have significant difference in part of the levels of teaching effectiveness. 5. The junior high school teachers has significant correlation with view of life value and teaching effectiveness. 6. Teachers in job involvement and teaching effectiveness have significant difference due to the difference in view of life value of teachers. The high level are higher than those middle level and low level. 7. The view of life value of teachers has predictive effect on job involvement. The most effective predictive variable is the ”Self Concept,” and the job involvement of teachers has high predictive ability in the Job Pleasure level of Job Involvement. 8. The Job Involvement of teachers have predictive effect on the teaching effectiveness , the most effective predicting variable is the “Self Concept” and the view of life value of teachers has the highest predictive ability in the “Class Harmonic Atmosphere” level of Teaching Effectiveness. Based on the conclusion above, we would like to present the following suggestions: 1. For teachers: (1)Cultivate teachers’ positive view of life value so that it helps influence students’ spirit and wisdom. (2)Lay stress on teachers’ wisdom and give them more room and opportunities for creativity. (3)Learn from each other and promote life wisdom by organizing a teacher life growth group. 2. For the administration of schools (1)Help young and newcomer teachers to promote a sense of job involvement and teaching experience. (2)Be familiar with teachers’ personal background and elicit a positive view of life value. 3. For educational administration agency: (1)Promote teachers’ positive view of life value by providing more opportunities to advanced studies in life education. (2)Make good use of strategies of e encouragement to promote teachers’ job pleasure. 4. For further research: (1)In the contents of research: It is suggested to add other research variables which will have findings and results in more aspects. (2)With methods of research: Typical correlation analysis method may be applied to be able to explore the actual situation in depth, and time sequence or straight through research methods may be adopted to deeply explore the time factors effect on the job involvement and teaching effectiveness. (3)In the target of research: the area may be further expanded to cover all the teachers in senior high schools, vocational schools, and colleges in Taiwan or make comparison with private school teachers and to analyze the difference.
