Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 94 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between leadership behavior of principal organizational culture of school, and Organizational Change attitudes in kaoshiung public elementary schools.The research method this study adopted is survey research. Questionnaires were mailed to 600 elementary school teavhers of Kaohsiung country and kaohsuing city in Taiwan. The response rates were 70﹪; the usable rates were 67﹪. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of reliability analysis, factor analysis, desctiptive statistics, one-way MANOVA, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression(step-wise-regression procedure). The conclusions of this study are: 1. The teacher of elementary svhools perveived a middle level on leadership behavior of principal.Among the sectional scores,”the dimension of producing results”was the highest. 2. The teacher of elementary svhools perveived a middle level on organizational culture of school.Among the sectional scores,”the dimension of consensual culture”was the highest. 3. The teacher of elementary svhools perveived a middle level on Organizational Change attitudes.Among the sectional scores,”the dimension of information technology applied”was the highest. 4. Teachers whose seniority is below five years, above 16 years, and who are part-time administrators scored higher on the perception of principals’ leading behavior. 5. Teachers at schools with a history of less than ten years and at schools whose scale is from 13 to 30 classes or above 49 classes scored higher on the perception of principals’ leading behavior. 6. Teachers whose seniority is below five years, above 16 years, or who are part-time administrators and subject teachers scored higher on the perception of school organizational culture. 7. Teachers at schools with a history of less than ten years and at schools whose scale is from 13 to 30 classes or above 49 classes scored higher on the perception of school organizational culture. 8. Teachers who are less than 30 years old, whose seniority is above five years and who are subject teachers scored higher on the perception of organizational reform attitudes. 9. Teachers at schools with a history of less than ten years and at schools whose scale is above 49 classes scored higher on the perception of organizational reform attitudes. 10. The better leadership behavior of principal,the hight scores of school organizational culture. 11. The more positive function leadership behavior of principal develops,the better attitudes of teachers Organizational Change. 12. The organizational culture of school in harmony, the better Organizational Change attitudes of teachers. 13. The performance of leadership behavior of principal and organizational culture of school predict the Organizational Change attitudes fine, especially the aspect of” consensual culture”. Based on the purposes of research, literature review, and data analysis results, this study provides suggestions respectively on the leadership of elementary principal.
