碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 視覺傳達設計研究所 === 94 === As for the applications of graphics in poster design, different designers could perform distinct formats. This is because different living environments and culture recognitions existed among independent designers. However, a good designer should be able to clearly present the theme of the work, thus making it easier for readers to notice the main points of the work and conveying precise yet fast visual effects. In the present study on poster design pertaining to issues across the Taiwan Strait, through data collection and recording, data analysis, graphic applications and their underlying meanings, and recapitulation by disintegration and reconstruction, this study has further promoted graphic applications and created novel visual languages. By repeated graphic modifications, analysis and comparison, the graphics of this work have become more content-wise versatile, as it is presented in poster format for better expression of the theme of the work.
