| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 性別教育研究所 === 94 === The purposes in the research are that to know how the housewife of tzuchi women to john the tzuchi funduction？and how they think about and carry out the tzuchi discourses？and what do thy earn after empower in tzuchi？
The results of this research as follows：
1.Personal relationship in private area lead to chain effect which encourage housewife to donate money and devote themselves to charity. Thus they will become part of tzuchi and john them.
2.To john the of tzuchi activity do not effect the family life,and it make housewife to both john the activity and tare the housework.
3.Because the tzuchi discourses ask for the howsewife must do the best for their family rule,so when they invest the tzuchi activity, they must face the difficulties to take care the family and john the tzuchi.
4.‘’diversion the abstraction’’ may be the answer to handle the difficulties to take care the family and john the tzuchi.
5.To do something voluntarily by themselves, tzuchi women can awake to what they do and to discover potency, confidence-building and they are to be worth affirmably.
6.‘’Discourse would lead to action’’.Thus,the tzuchi women can improve the tzuchi discourse by their action, and encourage them to action practically to reform their self-conception.
