Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所在職專班 === 93 === Abstract The main purpose of this study was to identify the study of the relationship on Total Quality Management (TQM) and school’s organization effectiveness in Pingdong elementary schools. According to the results, this study will provide positive suggestions to be the reference of operating theory of Total Quality Management and promote school’s organization effectiveness. This study employed the survey method and was undertaking using a questionnaire to collect and analyze the data. The subjects included 683 educational administrative staffs in Pingdong public elementary schools randomly. The returned questionnaires were 627 and the effective questionnaires were 578. Data were analyzed using SPSS10.0 Chinese computer software to proceed the statistics of T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple-Regression were caeeied out to do some statistical analysis of the collected data. Based on the results of data analysis the major finding of the were listed below: 1. There were above average perception for TQM and school’s organizational effectiveness among the elementary schools in present situation. 2. The elementary school educational administrative staffs who are male, 41 to 50 years old, assistants, graduated from the graduate school, have many years work experience, and work in the school with small size, in the country, or establishing history under 10 years have the better feeling degree in TQM. 3. The elementary school educational administrative staffs who are 41 to 50 years old, graduated from the graduate school, have many years work experience, and work in the school with small size, in the country or remote districts, or establishing history under 10 years have the better perceptual degree in the school’s organizational effectiveness. 4.There is a high positive relationship between the feeling area in school’s TQM and the perceptual area in the school’s organizational effectiveness. 5.TQM has a significant prediction on the school’s organizational effectiveness. According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions were provided: 1. Establish the main goals of TQM training programs, develop the administrative information system, and enhance the professional knowledge of TQM. 2.Revise the school management scale, keep working the programs of educational priority area, shorten the gap of education between cities and countries, and promote the educational quality. 3. Applying the technology of TQM to integrate the educational resources, build the data of targets of educational resources, and promote the school’s organizational effectiveness. 4. Assess the school’s positional evaluative system to develop feedback system and create the new situation. 5. Increase the knowledge of TQM to make high quality school culture and create the blueprint of the school sustainable management.
