Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所在職專班 === 94 === This research was aimed to discuss the current situation of the interpersonal relationships and communication satisfaction of the full-time administrative staffs, and to analyze the relationship among these factors.This study is mainly conducted in questionnaire and targeted on the full-time administrative staffs in public junior high schools of Kaohsiung City and County as the scope of sampling. Questionnaire for investigating the organization environment of the full-time administrative staffs as edited by the researcher was used as the tool of research. There are 502 questionnaire issued to 48 schools and recovered 412 effective questionnaire, with effective return rate of 82.07%. The data obtained is processed by means of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, the Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis, stepwise multiple regression and others for statistical analysis. Conclusions are made as follows: According to the results of this study, the conclusions are summarized as the following: 1.The interpersonal relationships of the full-time administrative staffs is a little higher than middle degree, while the “Harmony” is the highest of them and the “Reliable” is the lowest. 2.The communication satisfaction of the full-time administrative staffs is attains to moderate level, while the “Communication with Superiors ” is the highest of them and the “Horizontal and Informal Communication ” is the lowest. 3.Variation of personal background shows no differences on each interpersonal relationships gradation for the full-time administrative staffs. 4.The male full-time administrative staffs had better satisfaction in “Communication Climate “. 5.The full-time administrative staffs serving as chiefs had better satisfaction in “Communication climate ” and “Communication Media Quality ”. 6.The full-time administrative staffs with upper 26 years of service history had better satisfaction in “Communication Media Quality ” and “Personal Feedback” than those who are under 5 years of service history. 7.The full-time administrative staffs with 24 classes of school scopes had better satisfaction in “Horizontal and Informal Communication” than those with 24 to 48 classes of school scopes. 8.Significant positive correlation between the full-time administrative staffs interpersonal relationships and communication satisfaction. 9.In multiple regression for the full-time administrative staffs interpersonal relationships to communication satisfaction, especially the “Co-operation“ motivation has the more significant predictability. Based on the study results, the research tends to submit feasible recommendations for the public junior high schools, the full-time administrative staffs and further research plans.
