Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所在職專班 === 94 === The Relationship among Criminal investigation Police Officers’ Working Pressure, Social Support and Work Satisfation in Southern and Eastern Taiwan The main purpose of this research is to understand the relationship among police officers’ working pressure, social support and work satisfactory relations in Southern Taiwan (Tainan, Kaoshung, and Pingdong) and Eastern Taiwan (Ilan, Hualien, and Taitung). In addition, this research will also look through the effects under different variables such as police officers’ working pressure, social support and work satisfactory and find out the connection among them. And also, make a prediction among all the variables. The result of final statistical analysis of my research will be brought up the suggestions to the correlation police institution managers, criminal investigation police personnel individual and reference future researchers. There were 750 copies of questionnaires sent. This study was only based on the results of 698 copies of questionnaires returned; the usability of the questionnaire is 93%. After the statistical analysis, we obtain the following conclusions: I. The criminal investigation police personnel working pressure belongs to the medium slightly high level; however, the "Workload" is the highest one. II. Personnel society supports belongs to the medium-high level; “Family Supporting" is the highest one. III. Personnel's work satisfaction belongs to the medium slightly high level; "Intrinsic Satisfaction" is the highest one. IV. Who works in the office duty, who is a chief, and who does not have the children or has little age children in the southern area working pressure level is higher; who has not held the post of the responsible in the eastern area has lower working pressure. V.The feminine, servicing not much more years, servicing in the eastern area, holds the post of the responsible duty, the spouse has not been engaged in the police duty, does not have the children or the little age child; the society supports is higher. VI. The elder age, feminine, who graduated from the Central Police University and the research institute school record, hold the post of the responsible duty, do not have the children or have little age children have higher score on job satisfaction. VII. Working pressure, social supports and work satisfaction have revealable correlation. VIII. Personnel support from the chief has valuable affections on working satisfaction. According to conclusion of the research, this research proposes some suggestions for making the following references: I. The criminal investigation police understand their own pressure level and are adept at monitoring and altering their own pressure level if needed. II. Reducing the workload and individual pressure will subside and it will improve the work pressure. III. Giving more society supports to provide the mood or the substantive interaction opportunity. IV. Reforming the working conditions and their feelings of value to their working community will increase their work satisfaction. V. Reducing the working pressure enhances its societal support. VI. More moderate schedule of office and outside work for them. VII. Being more respect on the chief of working pressure. VIII. Being more moderate system design completely assists them to reduce the pressure and promotes work satisfaction. IX. The chief should be more supportive behave that drives their work satisfaction.
