The researcher uses principle design course of rhetoric and teaching way. Incorporate the concept of the rhetoric in virgin poem teaching. Seek a route that lets rhetoric and children's poem teaching agree with even more. Make the poems of children more lively in teaching, and have system and theory even more. Guide student's understanding that the poems of children have the foundation, have enjoyment skill, children of poem, is it create interest and ability, children of poem independently to train. This research is adopted and taken action-research. Probe into course of incorporating children's poem teaching of the concept of the rhetoric to plan with the teaching course. Itaims at the following three ideals:“teachers are the curriculum designers”;“teachers are the researchers”;“teachers are the actors”.Through the observer's feedback, student's works, ponder over observations and records of the reading notes, teaching scene. The findings of this research is summaried as follows: 1. The rhetoric concept contributes to the improvement of children's poem enjoyment ability. 2. The rhetoric concept can promote student's interest to study poems of children. 3. The rhetoric concept can increase student's confidence and motive force of creating poems of children. 4. Make up the teaching material by oneself and improve professional accomplishment of the teacher's. 5. Teacher should dare to make up the try of the teaching material by oneself. 6. Rhetoric course can be implemented by way of unit teaching at the stage of the primary school. 7. The rhetoric concept one incorporates the pluralism which expands children's poem teaching. 8. Imitate it is the unavoidable middle course of stage of primary school. 9. The rhetoric concept must be used flexibly after totally gaining thorough understanding through comprehensive study of the subject. 10.
