Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 94 === Abstract The purpose of the research was to probe into the variance of the intention in behavior via weight-controlled、healthy-faith and self-efficacy. There were 340 participators in this research, which included 205 of male and 135 of female. Via SPSS for window 10.0 、Pearson Product-moment correlation、one-way ANOVA and Schaffer’ Posteriori Comparison Method to compare the difference of each variance. The conclusion were as following: 1.The intention of weight-controlled was upright related with the benefits in a year students in elementary school; which was negative related with the obstacles of the process of weight-controlled. 2.The higher intention of weight-controlled, the stronger self-efficacy of diet-controlled and behavior in sports. 3.The self-efficacy of diet-controlled、the intention of weight-controlled and the clue of action were reaching conspicuous level. 4.The efficacy of diet-controlled which in experienced students、clue of action and weight-controlled was higher than inexperienced ones. 5.Heredity and environment were also the factors which could influence the result.
