Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to probe the effect of different stimulation types for strength performance of upper limbs. There were two different stimulation types: resistance stimulation [RS], (4 repetition × 80% maximum), and vibratory stimulation [VS], (10sec, 80% maximum). Using the load cell calibrated the frequency of vibration and measured pulling force curves in different stimulations (RS, VS) on 24 healthy subjects. One way ANOVA with repeated measures was applied for statistic analysis. The significance level was set at α=.05. The results showed that RS, VS, and basic values (BV) were significantly different on maximal force[MF], rate force of development[RFD], and reaction time[RT](p<.05), but there’s no significant difference between VS and RS. MF in RS was bigger than that in VS, RFD in VS was higher than that in RS, and RT in VS was faster than that in RS. In conclusion, upper limbs of strength performance increased after accepting VS or RS.
