Based on influence of way up process the concrete plant always enhance the mixture proportion during producing the pre wrong cement. Above it will increase the cost of concrete. And consumers have to expend highly in the concrete. If the concrete plant can improve mixture proportion and take control of excellent quality of premixing concrete、it is helpful to reduce prime cost in the public construction projects. The purpose of this research is to analyze the credibility in order to establish quality control of premixing concrete. This study collects experimental data of the public construction projects in southern Taiwan. Then、present thesis applies three statistical method to analyze the quality control of producing process. and utilizes the control chart to analyze the tendency towards regional strength development of concrete. The results indicate that the parameter of lower cost and strength request of concrete are provided in order to control quality of concrete for the concrete plant.
