Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 94 === Because of the traditional concepts, school performance is always spoken of highly in Chinese society. In order to make students perform well at school and help them pass all kinds of examinations, cram schools appear. In spite of the revolution for education in high school these years, cram schools still remain prosperously. Traditionally, we always consider the cram school as “learning places after school education”. With the progress of society and the revolution for education in high school, students’ minds change with time. This research goes with EKB Model to find out what reasons are important when students look for cram school and why they left the last cram schools. According to the results, we know that:1. the subjects which students think they have to cultivate are mathematics, English and science. 2. students think that going to cram school after school or on weekends is necessary because it can make them do well on all tests and satisfy their relationship among friends and social lives. 3. the reason which students attended this cram school is that being told or introduced by friends or relatives. 4. the reason which students left the last cram schools is that they don’t make progress at school or they can’t understand what teacher taught. 5. teachers have to teach clearly, seriously and humorously.
