Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育測驗統計研究所 === 94 === The objective of the study is to investigate the Self-Satisfaction in the job hunting competitiveness for undergraduate students whom were taken by sex who have received four years educational discipline, and further different educational systems to analyze. The students’ pool was collected from university in the city of Taichung of school year 93.
The study is based upon the Cheers magazine’s report by surveying 1000 Taiwan’s business. We refer the 15 items that the job market freshman should have and adopt the Likert’s 5-point scale to make up our questionnaire sheets. We separate it into 11 items in professional ability and 10 items in personal characteristics. Then we do random samples at some universities in Taichung, including National Chung-Hsing University, Feng Chia University, Providence University, National Taichung University, Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Humg Kuang University. Our target is this year's graduates. There are total 1000 poll were distributed and 700 effective questionnaire sheets were collected.
The collected sheets were carefully analyzed. The Semantic structure analysis and Logical flow test were applied to compare those undergraduate students whom were taken by sex on the importance and similarity on the professional ability and personal characteristics.
The results of this research were summarized as follows:
1. In general, the students have no confidence in their foreign language and expressive ability. They would like to learn the second special skill, solve the problems by themselves.
2. Females have more confidence than males in their professional ability and personal characteristics.
3. Males in three kinds of educational systems have more confidence than females in their international view, originality ability, the ability of getting new information and the ability of applying information. Females in three kinds of educational systems have more confidence than males in solving problems, desiring to learn new work, cooperating with company's development, respecting work, conversation ability, expressive ability, pursuing further education in their leisure time.
4. Applying Semantic structure analysis, investigator found that on the professional ability, males and females are isolated on experiences in the mass organization. On the personal characteristics, males and females are isolated on cooperating with company's development and respecting work.
5. Applying Logical flow test, the similarity between males in teachers’ educational systems and females in general university is higher than males in teachers’ educational systems and females in teachers’ educational systems.
