(1) THz-Time Domain Spectroscopy (THz-TDS). (2) Optical pump-THz probe (OPTP) measurement. (3) Optical pump-probe. In first part of experiment, we study the conductivity of YBCO with different in-plane orientations, and conclude that the 0 degree in-plane orientation film is more metallic. The results are quite different with different probe beam energy (4.1meV & 1.55eV) in second and third part of experiment. We use these results to analyze the carrier dynamics of YBCO with different in-plane orientations.
