The companies are getting intense competition and using strange implements. They are applying many different management ways, which are trying to create the competitive advantages and to improve the operation performance. In the meantime, a new concept of “Managing Six Sigma” is an efficient management method, which can be able to achieve the purpose of the business process re-engineering instantly. The organization can adapt the environment changed. In the United States, the companies have used Six Sigma and have taken a note in the finance statement of the fiscal year. As widely known, Six Sigma is like a domino effect, that have influence on the other companies.
The objectives of this paper are to investigate the performance analysis for the technological project management of Six Sigma with a view of theory and experience. A theory of Six Sigma will verify the methods and the models by the scholars and the expertise. Using the cases to research the company, which practice the technological project management of Six Sigma. Now, the leader of change is Six Sigma which is a key to win. Especially, a company who respects the quality culture, which is an important factor to fulfill Six Sigma. The target is to create a value of the customer satisfaction, let the business accomplish continuously operation.
To summarize, we found in the process of the technological project management of Six Sigma, which create an express methodological of the project management, which can conduct to develop an accurate direction and catch out the organization process. Improving and design a new process that will increase the service quality and the customer satisfaction to accelerate the project performance. To obtain an excellence of the competitive advantages, that is evidence of the performance.
