| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 台灣文化研究所 === 94 === Owing to improve of social welfare and human right, the right of the people with disabilities is to be valued. I hope to realize the development of people with disabilities lodging organization by the social welfare、the viewpoint of Disabled Persons` welfare、the policy and the view about taking care of the people with disabilities.
In the thesis, I will first acquire the status of the path of the social welfare development in Taiwan through the social welfare theory and the development of the modern west social welfare. Furthermore, I’ll Narrate the evolution of international viewpoint of disabled welfare, and the scholar in Taiwan introduces some concepts which the western scholar advanced. In such background, to elaborate the policy of Disabled Welfare in Taiwan, as well as the people with disabilities lodging organization changes ideals on taking care of Disabled Persons.
Finally, to realize the influence of the idea on taking care of Disabled Persons to lodging organization, through the observation in the people with disabilities lodging organization.
