Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 94 === The main purposes of this study were to explore the content of executive coaching and the judgment by authority from academia and business. This study was used the Delphi Method and executed questionnaire investigation three times from beginning to end. There are fourteen delphi experts in the investigation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: ( 1) Executive coaching is all helpful for skill, performance, development and the executive's agenda to the executives; ( 2) The experts of this study are the same view about the important degree and need degree in four composition essential factors of executive coaching, among them development coaching is the most importantly and most necessary; ( 3) The experts of this study value that the development of the executives is so much; ( 4) Depending on the evaluation of the experts of this study, all the composition essential factors of executive coaching are important and necessary; ( 5) The experts of this study think that the executives' agenda is unimportant and unnecessary.
