Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 特殊教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 94 === Abstract The main goal of this research is to discuss the situations for both of the use and the need for special education resources for teachers teaching general classes in the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city. It further explores the likely situations that may occur due to the different backgrounds and variables of the above mentioned teachers. The objects in this research are the teachers who teach general classes in the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city. With regard to the research method, the questionnaire-- “Questionnaire of usage among general class teachers of the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city”, which is created by the researcher, is applied as the study tool. The ratio of the public senior high school teachers in Taipei City to the public vocational high school teachers is 3 to 1. Therefore, 10% of the research objects in accordance with the ration are randomly chosen by the researcher to carry out this questionnaire. The returning-ratio reaches 66%. Following, the valid data collected from the questionnaires is dealt with and analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, percentage of descriptive statistics and one-way t-test, one-way ANOVA, stepwise of inferential statistics are included respectively. Based on the analysis and literature discussion, four conclusions are proposed in this research: 1. The special education resources for teachers teaching general classes in the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city is not properly applied. 2. Teachers teaching general classes in the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city tend to consider the need for special education resource necessary. 3. There are distinct differences deriving from the teachers in variations of “the scale of the school”, “ the sort of special education class” , “ages”, “levels of the position”, “subjects of teaching”, “professional training for special education” and “the experience dealing with the students requiring special education”. On the contrary , there are no distinct differences in analyzing the teachers in terms of “type of school”, “gender”, “educational background”, “length of teaching experience”. 4. The need for special education resources for teachers teaching general classes in the public senior high schools and vocational high schools in Taipei city is predictable. In the end of this research, the researcher, in accordance with the analysis and the conclusion, proposes some physical suggestions for the authority, teachers and the future researchers in this field.
