Nowadays , the trend of industry motor applications would tend to effort to small size , high efficiency , long life , big Torque. Burshless DC motors possess inherent superior advantage at which widely usage of appliance , car component and IT product more and more. Brushless DC motors also had the same requirement of commutated as traditional motors. Hall sensor inside is the key component usage to commutated. The Operation of motor would cause serious heat to disturb hall sensors. Thus , various Brushless DC motors driving method had be proposed that sensorless was the most respected. This thesis , we introduce a approach of Back EMF is simple and effective. In order to construct the motor controler , Microchip's dsPIC 30F3010 processor would be required to transform digital signal to analog then operate signal algorithm. Processor's output could direct feed to six-step inverter to trig. Ultimately , we successly implement the goal of sensorless motor drives system with both low cost and reliability..
