It provides the important functions of concentration, equalization and dispersion for these products. The legitimate fish wholesale market working condition is not good enough, though movement had put in a lot of man and material resources. When compared, the wholesale faculty and succeed factor of Kan-Zai-Ding fish market are worth to confer and study. Aiming at the above mentional purpose, this study used the methods of problem finding and factor analysis to confer the wholesale faculty and working problems of Kan-Zai-Ding fish market. On the other side, utilized market investigation to find operate recent and suggestion of future development. Finally, this study provided some possible strategies and suggestions. Base on the result of investigation, we find that the wholesale faculty of Kan-Zai-Ding fish market is active and mobilly, it meets the demand of most consumers better. But its operation facilities are not as good as in Taipei Fish Wholesale Market. Through out this study, several major suggestions are made for the improvement of operation in Kan-Zai-Ding fish market as follows:inducement of marketing skills, stride forward legitimate fish wholesale market, reallocation of the space and implementation of HACCP standard to supply better service quality.
