After examining the actual teaching activities , we could use it to be reference for teaching in the future. The main purpose of this dissertation : 1. Develop「 Project-Based Learning 」applying to the content of visual art. 2. Investigate「 Project-Based Learning 」applying to teaching effect of visual art. 3. 「 Project-Based Learning 」apply to teaching self-examination of visual art. 4. Supply「 Project-Based Learning 」applying to teaching suggestion of visual art. The study has adopted literature analysis, achievement tests, consulting experts, on-the-spot watch method etc, then done teaching investigation applying to the third grade of elementary school in Shihlin district. We analyze the research of quality and quantity by collecting data which is given from the results of both teaching and learning. We use it to be analysis instrument, including「achievement evaluation of visual art」 ,「student-learning record form」,「project-learning examination table」,「teaching-evaluation table」,「team-watching record form」,「self-examination lesson form」 and 「teacher-interview record form」 ,which to compare with , inspect , analyze and conclude , then to follow the results – teaching analysis and self-examination in the future. According to the results of the research , this study shows as follow : 1.developing 「 Project-Based Learning 」-teaching content: including teaching models, learning models, teaching processes and evaluation norm, 2.there are positive effects from many aspects, including learning will, learning manner, learning motivation, relationship with students and learning achievement after it applies to the middle grades of elementary school during learning of visual art, 3.it is key point whether to succeed for it applying to education of visual art, schedule of teaching plans, characters assignment, guidance of discussing skills, and application of group interaction, 4.suggesting that we expand teaching fields of it and organization research of developing groups, that value students'growth of knowledge and integrate art-learning experience of life, and we go deep into the research from many aspects, including teaching field, resource, environment, and evaluation.
