Many textile companies attempt to escape the district economic limitation by linking resources and strength of other nations to develop global logistic capability. Pursuing continuous growth has always been an important task for corporations. All industries inevitably need to face the issues of market saturation and slow growth especially when involving a fast changing industrial environment and potential threats from their competitors. If a corporation can understand its own corporate environment and plan its growth strategy beforehand, then it can achieve another growth success. Applying diversification to other direct or indirect industries will be an essential way for corporations to seek further growth. The textile industry has been facing problems of declining retail prices and worsening business growth every year. Only with diversification management will it be able to improve its gross profit. Since the textile industry is an important part of the garment industry value chain, most of the corporations manage their products with diversification concept according to their industry structure and characteristics. The subject of this study is to find the competitive strategy of textile industry. From this, business managers can adjust the direction of their business development, find the self-advantage and raise the overall competitiveness of our textile industry in international market. According the findings, due to the fierce competition in the market, an enterprise has to know what the clients need. An enterprise must develop new products in time to cater to the customers in order to be more competitive in the market. So the research and development of new products hold the highest priority in the market-directed textile industry. The result of this study specifically pinpoints technology innovation, current fashion trend, new product development, case study, current situation of the industry, production and marketing management, and finally the strategy to counter future competition as a reference for other business.
