We use the average carrier to interference power ratio (CIR) as the ICI level indicator.First, we derive the theoretical OMOPM''s CIR expression, and then we change OMOPM''s parameter am with L to observe the CIR scheme is called DP-OMOPM.Second, we propose ISC-OMOPM''s signal in order to reduce ICI effect, and then we decrease the bit-rate to improve the CIR performance. Third, we show some bit error rate (BER) derivation and simulations in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and frequency offset conditions. Eventually, we summarize our results in our conclusion.
